Kevin Grossi

After studying at the Schoolcraft College culinary program, Chef Kevin Grossi worked in Denver restaurants including Tamayo, Zengo, The Coral Room, Parisi, Jax Fish House and Lola. Upon opening a Jax Fish House in Fort Collins, he rekindled his relationship with farmers, earning the respect of residents and tourists with his fish-to-farm-to-table approach. With his relentless pursuit of local ingredients, he opened The Regional, where he soulfully recreates comforting American hometown cuisine.
